2. Nature of Our Services โ Education Only
Wira's programmes โ including Field Notes on Household Finance, The Annotated Investor, and The Private Field Study โ are educational in nature. They are structured to help participants understand financial concepts, ask better questions and develop their own carefully considered views.
Nothing presented in any Wira programme, session, worksheet, field journal, or written material constitutes:
- Financial advice within the meaning of the Financial Advisers Act (Cap. 110)
- A recommendation to buy, sell or hold any investment product
- An offer of securities or financial products
- Tax advice or legal advice
Participants are encouraged to consult a licensed financial adviser, accountant or solicitor before making any financial decision. Wira accepts no responsibility for financial decisions made by participants as a result of attending a programme.
3. Programme Enrolment
3.1 How to Enrol
Enrolment in a Wira programme begins with an enquiry via the contact form at wira.info/#contact or by telephone. We will respond within three business days to confirm availability, discuss whether the programme is a suitable fit, and issue a payment request. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of payment in full.
3.2 Group Size
Group programmes (Field Notes on Household Finance and The Annotated Investor) are limited to twelve participants per cohort. Places are confirmed in the order payment is received. If a cohort is full, we will invite you to join a waiting list for the next available cohort.
3.3 Eligibility
Wira's programmes are designed for adults aged 40 and above. Participation is open to Singapore residents and citizens. The Private Field Study is available to households; other programmes are open to individuals. Wira reserves the right to decline an enrolment if, in its sole judgment, the programme is not a suitable fit for the enquiring participant.

7. Confidentiality
In group programmes, participants are asked to treat the personal financial circumstances shared by other participants as confidential. We ask that you do not discuss other participants' financial situations outside the session group.
In The Private Field Study, the facilitator will handle the household's financial documents and discussions with care. No financial details shared during a Private Field Study will be disclosed to any third party without the household's consent, except as required by law.
8. Conduct and Participation
Wira's programmes are small and quiet by design. We ask all participants to treat others with courtesy and to engage with sessions in a spirit of careful study.
